1.3. FDA Disclaimer: These chemicals are not approved for human or veterninary use. Labels must display this restriction to research purposes only to comply with regulatory exemptions under parts 100-740 in Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations (21 CFR). Misuse can lead to significant health risks. Buyers are responsible for compliance with regulations and ethical use. 

2. Eligibility

4.1. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to purchase research peptides and that your order complies with applicable laws.

4.2. All payments must be made at the time of order placement. 

4.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that may violate our policies or local regulations.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. Products are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.

5.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or other regulatory issues.

5.3. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products comply with import regulations in their country.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final after use. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping. Any exceptions to be made to this will need to be sent to Platinum Peptides and a 25% restock fee will be incurred. 

6.2. Any claims for defective or damaged products must be made within 7 days of delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Under no circumstances shall Platinum Peptides LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products.

7.2. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Platinum Peptides LLC from any claims or damages arising from your use of our products.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.2. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Windsor, CO.
