We Currently Only Ship to US Locations:
Our shipping policy is limited to addresses within the United States. We want to remind you that we are not liable for any shipping delays that occur due to external factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions. 

It’s important to provide accurate delivery information and to monitor your shipment with the tracking details supplied.

For successful delivery of your Platinum Peptides products, please observe the following guidelines:

• In instances where packages are recorded as delivered to your specified address but are missing or believed to be stolen, please reach out to support, at info@platinumpeptides.com within 7 days from the original delivery date.
• Make sure your shipping address is accurate when finalizing your order. We are not accountable for items dispatched to incorrect addresses.
• Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations might not be feasible, especially once it is fulfilled and en route.

Order Processing:

• Our processing and shipping schedule includes all business days, with occasional delays on holidays.
• Orders placed by 12 PM MST, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. 
• For expedited shipping needs, we offer Overnight Shipping options at checkout. The costs vary based on the destination zip code. 

Delivery:

• Standard Shipping: Orders placed by 12 PM MST, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Expect your items with a delivery window of 2-5 business days.
• Express Overnight Shipping: Orders placed by 12 PM MST, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Expect your items  with a delivery window of 1-2 business days.
