Affiliate Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Platinum Peptides Affiliate Program (“Program”), operated by Platinum Peptides LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By applying for or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you”) agree to the Terms below.

1. Eligibility

To join the Program, you must:

1. Be 18 years of age or older.

2. Provide accurate contact information.

3. Maintain a valid payment method for payouts.

4. Agree to promote our products only for legal research use purposes — no medical, therapeutic, or health claims may be made.

We may approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn 12% commission on qualifying sales.

• A qualifying sale occurs when:

  • The customer uses your unique affiliate link, and

  • The purchase is completed without any additional coupon codes, discounts, or promotions.

Coupon stacking or use of any other discount code voids the commission for that order.

Commission is calculated on the order subtotal only (excluding tax, shipping, and fees).

3. Cookie Duration

A 30-day cookie applies.

If the customer clicks your link and purchases within 30 days—without another affiliate overwriting the cookie—you receive the commission.

4. Prohibited Coupon Usage

To protect affiliate earnings and maintain program integrity:

• Customers must use the affiliate’s unique referral link.

• Affiliate commissions are not paid on:

  • Orders where a different coupon code is used

  • Orders with stacked discounts

  • Orders placed through price-manipulating extensions

  • Manual orders entered by the store admin

If your link is used but the customer applies another discount, the commission becomes ineligible.

5. Payouts

• Payouts occur monthly.

• A minimum payout threshold of $100 is required.

• Payments are sent via PayPal (or another method if approved in writing).

• Returned, cancelled, or refunded orders result in commission reversal.

6. FTC Compliance

Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Platinum Peptides.

For example: “I may earn a commission when you purchase through my link.”

Non-disclosure is grounds for removal.

7. Prohibited Promotional Methods

Affiliates may NOT:

• Use medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic claims

• Bid on PPC keywords for “Platinum Peptides” or close variations

• Pretend to represent Platinum Peptides

• Use spam email, bots, or black-hat marketing

• Promote on adult, hate, illegal, or misleading sites

• Misrepresent product legality or intended purpose

Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

8. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

• Promote ethically

• Use approved branding and content

• Not create competing coupon codes

• Not manipulate pricing or referral tracking

• Keep login credentials secure

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an affiliate at any time for:

• Policy violations

• Fraudulent activity

• Excessive cancelled orders

• Misleading claims

• Brand damage

Any unpaid commissions tied to fraudulent or disqualified activity will be withheld.

10. Limitation of Liability

Platinum Peptides is not responsible for:

• Loss of revenue due to tracking failures

• Technical issues

• Outages or downtime

• Incorrect link use by the affiliate or customer

11. Program Changes

We may modify commission rates, rules, or payout requirements at any time.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
